About National Safety Training Center (NSTC)

Public safety training for first responders, organizations, and community members.

Who We Are

National Safety Training Center is a Public Safety Training Center catering to the needs of First Responders and Enlightened Citizens. We provide courses ranging from CPR and Basic First Aid to Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Lifeguarding/Water Swim Instructor (WSI), and Emergency Medical Services. Our instructors are experienced operators with significant experience in their instructional areas. Courses can be delivered at you location -OR- one of our facilities throughout the United States.

Our Story

NSTC’s roots began in 2004 as Mine Brook Search & Rescue, Inc., formed to establish dedicated water rescue capability in Somerset County, New Jersey.

As our training operation expanded, it grew into a wholly owned subsidiary known as Elite Tactical Academy, serving both open enrollment students and many Fortune 100 companies.

In 2024, the safety training operation transitioned into a separate not-for-profit corporation: National Safety Training Center, Inc. Firearms and self defense training continues under Elite Tactical Academy as a separate corporation and website.

Private Group and Corporate Training (Nationwide)

Our core competence is teaching safety classes for Fortune 100 public companies. We offer these classes nationwide through our extensive network of professional and experienced instructors. Instructors

We have instructors all throughout the Northeast USA and have recently expanded down the east coast into VA, SC and FL. We are actively looking for more instructors along the east coast and eventually moving west as well.
